Plated jewellery will tarnish over time. Keep your jewellery from coming into contact with harsh materials such as detergents, ammonia, chlorine, perfumes, hairspray and body cream.

Use a dry soft cloth and wipe gently to clean. Do not use silver cleaner or silver dip and try to avoid overcleaning.

Store jewellery loosely positioned so they don’t rub and scratch together.

We will offer a refund if we are told within 14 days of you receiving the goods that you want to cancel your order.

Goods should be returned to us complete with all packaging.
