Standard Delivery
We charge £3.99 postage and packing on all orders.
All goods are sent on a 'signed for' service.
Most orders should be delivered to you within 4 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday and exclude weekends and Bank Holidays. Please allow 7 days before contacting us. We will attempt to email you if we become aware of an unexpected delay.
Wishes and Kisses currently only send goods within the UK mainland. If you have a special request please contact us and we can quote on shipping costs accordingly.
Product Descriptions
We aim to be as accurate as possible with our product descriptions. Wishes and Kisses cannot be held responsible for implications resulting from typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing and availability.
We reserve the right to correct any errors inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you may have submitted your order). If this is the case you will be contacted with a corrected offer. The information displayed is considered as an invitation to purchase not as a confirmed offer for sale. The contract is confirmed upon supply of goods.
Every effort has been made to represent our products accurately. Some variations of image colour or shape may occur due to your operating systems and devices. We cannot accept responsibility for perceived variations in the appearance or colour of actual products delivered.
All sizes and product information are approximate and are provided by our suppliers.
Online Purchase Returns
Under the Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) you have 14 days from the receipt of ordered goods to cancel the order. If you wish to do so, you must return the goods in their original condition at your own expense to Wishes and Kisses at the address shown on this website. Please enclose details of your order with the goods together with your reason for returning. Please ensure that the goods are properly packaged in their original packaging. You have a statutory duty under the DSR to take reasonable care of the goods and we may refuse a refund if you fail to do so.
Wishes and Kisses are not responsible for customer returns that are not received by us. Please note proof of postage is not proof of delivery and we recommend returning items using a registered post service. A refund of the amount paid for the goods and the p&p will be made to your credit/debit card following receipt of the returned goods. Please note that we will not refund the cost of returning goods unless those goods are faulty. We aim to process refunds within 14 days.
Breakages
All products are checked before being dispatched.
If your goods arrive in a damaged or faulty condition you must inform us of the damage within two days of delivery by telephone or e-mail to office@wishesandkisses.biz
We will then advise what to do next.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Non-returnable Items
Due to the interests of hygiene, soft toys and jewellery cannot be returned unless they are damaged or faulty. If you have any specific concerns relating to these items please contact us before you make your purchase.
Pricing and Payment
The price and availability of items are subject to change without notice. The prices advertised on this site are in GBP and include VAT.
We accept payment with all major credit and debit cards.
We use Worldpay payment gateway to process your card. Worldpay use secure server transactions and encrypts stored transaction information with strict levels of security.
No credit card or transaction details are stored on our database.
Privacy and Conditions of Use
We use the information collected from you to process orders and enable us to communicate with you.
We do not share your personal information with others.
Information is stored on secure computers and is periodically deleted as necessary for the efficient running of our business.
The complete liability of Wishes and Kisses shall not exceed the price of the products except as expressly provided in these conditions.
Wishes and Kisses will not be liable because of any delay or failure to perform any of its obligations relating to the supply of products to you, if the delay or failure was due to causes beyond our reasonable control.
The use of this website and these Terms and Conditions are governed by English law and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English court. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Wishes and Kisses controls and operates this site from its offices within the UK.
If you choose to access from another country you do so on your own initiative and you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local restrictions and laws.
